When Greece meets (suburban) California...
matching set c/o DRESSLINK / bag c/o DAILYLOOK (similar) / sunglasses c/o DRESSLINK / necklace c/o ROCKSBOX
Matching sets, co-ords, whatever you call them—are the ultimate dream.
The hassle of what to wear plagues many, but thankfully, there are style hacks that combat against these closet dilemmas. Case A: matching sets eliminate the need to hunt in the dark depths of your wardrobe. After all, the beauty of matching sets is its convenience—there's no need to rummage around when you already have a perfectly prepared ensemble waiting for you. Case B: Rompers, the distant cousin of the matching set, are equally as efficient... that is, until you need to break for the wiz palace (Parks & Rec fans, rejoice!)
I will not deny it: I was drawn to this floral set from DressLink due to its Grecian color scheme. I mean, I very well can't say no to the iconic combo of Santorini blues and lush whites (PS: If you're interested in my Santorini travel guide, take a peek here) Keeping in theme, I also opted for handcrafted gold cuffs, freshly acquired from my trip to Athens (the best kind of souvenir yet!) Over on the American jewelry front, the lovely ladies at Rocksbox sent me a dainty layered necklace from a.v. max—appropiate for that subtle touch of charm. For sunglasses, I went the cat-eye retro route with these sunnies also from DressLink.
Looks like the formula to the (modern) Greek goddess style is actually quite easier than one would think...
